What is a Pre-EPC?

A pre-EPC can be commissioned by anybody who wishes to improve the energy efficiency of their home. Our friendly domestic energy assessors are fully qualified and hold current CRB police checks. Once the energy data has been collected our on-site software will produce your energy rating which will detail areas where savings can be made. Our assessors will establish if you are eligible for an energy efficiency grant, if you are eligible then they will complete an application on your behalf.
